Our Services
The Mini Split Company provides ductless mini split and related HVAC installation, service, maintenance, and replacement in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location and property conditions. We may refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.
Estimates, Quotes & Free Second Opinions
Estimates, system recommendations, financing illustrations, and free second-opinion feedback are provided for general planning and are not binding offers. Final scope, pricing, equipment, and terms are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Figures shown on the Site (including any financing calculator) are estimates only and do not constitute an offer of credit or a guaranteed price.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window.
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
- Missed appointments without notice may incur a service-call fee
- After-hours or emergency service may be subject to additional rates
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided before work begins and may be adjusted if additional work is discovered, with your approval.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept major payment methods and approved third-party financing; card payments are processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers on this Site
- Changes to the scope of work are communicated and approved before proceeding
Workmanship & Manufacturer Warranties
We stand behind our work, and manufacturer warranties may apply to installed equipment. Specific warranty coverage, duration, and conditions vary by service and equipment and are provided in writing at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, alterations, or work by others. This section describes service warranties and is separate from the website disclaimers below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except where prohibited, the exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration shall be the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
Binding arbitration & class-action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally may be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and The Mini Split Company waive the right to participate in a class action. Either party may still seek relief in small-claims court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
