Privacy Policy

Information you provide. When you submit a contact, service-request, free second-opinion, or careers form, or call or email us, we collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, service address and property details, the service you’re requesting, and any message you send. If you apply for a job, we collect the information in your application.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we (and the service providers described below) may automatically receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies & Tracking" below).

Payment security. We do not collect, store, or process credit-card numbers on this Site — no payment card data ever touches our web pages or servers. Online booking and any payments are handled through our third-party scheduling, payment, and financing providers on their own secure, PCI-compliant systems (hosted pages operated by the provider), and financing applications are completed directly with the lender.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide estimates and second opinions
• Schedule, perform, and follow up on installation, service, and maintenance
• Process payments and send invoices through our providers
• Send appointment confirmations, service reminders, and account messages
• Review and respond to job applications
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

When you submit a form and check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your request. Providing consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying, emailing [email protected], or calling us.

If you check the express text-message consent on one of our forms, you also agree that we may send you text (SMS) messages about your request — such as appointment reminders, service updates, and follow-ups — consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier A2P 10DLC requirements. Texting consent is opt-in and is never a condition of purchase; message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

The Site uses a small number of essential and functional cookies and similar technologies, including those set by Google reCAPTCHA (to protect our forms from spam and abuse) and by our online booking widget (to enable scheduling). These are necessary for core functionality and security.

We may also use analytics and advertising measurement — Google Analytics 4 (GA4) delivered through Google Tag Manager (GTM) — to understand site traffic and measure our advertising. Google Consent Mode governs whether these tools may use cookies or storage based on your consent choice and your region.

Your choices. You can accept or decline optional cookies through our cookie banner (reopen it anytime via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer), control cookies through your browser settings, or enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser — this Site honors GPC automatically as a valid opt-out of advertising storage and of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and who are expected to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us:

• Housecall Pro — online booking and scheduling
• Google reCAPTCHA — form spam and abuse prevention (subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms)
• Our website & lead-delivery platform — securely routes form submissions to us
• Payment and financing providers, and email/phone providers, as needed to serve you

We do not sell your personal information for money. The use of third-party analytics and advertising cookies may count as "sharing" under some privacy laws — see Your Privacy Choices for how to opt out. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, the public, or us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Texas residents (under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act) and California residents (under the CCPA/CPRA), among others, may have the right to:
