Who We Are
Built on Integrity, Not Shortcuts
The Mini Split Company was founded in 2025 by Manuel “Manny” Pozos — who has served San Antonio homeowners for years through the family’s HVAC company, AC American Air, in business since 2011. The idea was simple: give San Antonio a ductless specialist who shows up on time, does the work right, and charges a fair price. We’re not trying to be the biggest HVAC company in town—we’re focused on being the one you trust enough to recommend to your neighbor.
